Cancellation Policy
This policy explains our cancellation policy and procedures.
If you need to cancel your order prior to any work being carried out on your project we will arrange a full refund of any payments received ( less any cost we incur)
Cancellation prior to sending tapes
Full refund less any payment banking or transaction charges.
Cancellation after sending tapes
Full refund less any payment banking or transaction charges and the cost of returning your tapes and any other material you have sent.
Cancellation after work has started on your project
If a project is to be cancelled after work has started ,refunds will be considered on a one off basis taking into account the cost including labour of the proportion of the work that has been carried out prior to the cancellation request.
Notification of Cancellation
If you need to cancel please advise us as soon as possible, to save any further cost occurring .However refunds can only be processed on receiving a formal written request.
