Once the order has been completed please print a copy of the order invoice / e-mail sent to you by Google or DVDedit and send it with your individually labelled video tapes . If you do not have the facility to print your e-mail please send a note with your tapes :- Name, Address and DVDedit order number.

The initial cost of this pre-assessment service is Ł5 per tape or disc (not refundable) If you choose to continue with any of our transfer and/or editing options the cost of the assessment service will be deducted from the total cost of the option chosen. If the tape/ disc is not suitable or you choose not to use any of our transfer or editing options, we will send your tape/disc back using either Standard Royal Mail or 1st Class Recorded Delivery depending on the option chosen.
