Once the order has been completed please print a copy of the order invoice / e-mail sent to you by  DVDedit  and send it with your individually labelled video tapes . If you do not have the facility to print your e-mail please send a note with your tapes :- Name, Address and DVDedit order number.

The initial cost of this pre-assessment service is £10 per tape or disc (not refundable) If you choose to continue with any of our transfer and/or editing  options the cost of the assessment service will be deducted from the total cost of the option chosen. If the tape/ disc is not suitable or you choose not to use any of our rescue, transfer or editing services, we will send your tape(s) or disc(s) back by Royal Mail Parcel Recorded Delivery.
