I was
devastated when a family video tape snapped in the
recorder - it had years of footage on it of my sons
growing up & of my late Mum - after posting it off to
dvd edit it has now been transferred onto a dvd so we
can continue to enjoy 'looking back' for years to come!
You can tell where the tape snapped but treasured
memories have not been lost . Company keeps you updated
of progress by email & phone & the DVD arrived quickly

attention to my somewhat ancient video tape and the
manner in which it was transferred onto a disc,
packaged, labelled and despatched to me with
following-up Emails from the management was a service
sadly lacking in many departments these days. I very
