About the Editing
All our standard editing packages use a
construction method of editing starting with a blank canvas
(time line) gradually adding small section (clips) at a time to
eventually build your DVD movie. It's the amount of time spent by
the editor selecting and putting together these clips
that is the main difference between our editing styles.
The editing style
used for our standard edited DVD packeges
involves pre-viewing the digital files, selecting
and re-arranging the sound and picture clips in
an appropriate way for you taking into account
any specific requests that you have made for
material to be included or excluded, adding effects, transitions and music
if required. |

Creating your DVD |
|
You can use our online ordering facility or download and print the order form to send
to us with your video camcorder tapes / discs.
We advise using recorded or special delivery |
| When we receive your parcel we will
first convert all your
selected tape material into digital files. The original
tapes are then safely stored ready to be returned to you when your DVD has been completed. If you have given us your e-mail address we send you confirmation of the parcels arrival. |
|
After viewing the
contents of the digital files, the editing will
be carried out using our editing skills, taking
into account any specific requests you have
made. Still picture images are captured from
your video files for use in creating the disc
and case graphics. |
|
DVD authoring work is carried out, chapter
points added, personalised menu, titles, credits
etc. and your disc and case insert are printed
for you. |
| After the first DVD has been made
it is posted out to you. |
|
Once we receive confirmation the DVD has arrived
safely and all is OK, we a will produce and send
out any additional DVDs ordered and return all
the original items you sent to us.
