About the Editing
All our premiere editing packages use a construction method of
editing starting with a blank canvas (time line) gradually
adding small section (clips) at a time to eventually build your
DVD movie. It's the amount of time spent by the editor selecting
and putting together these clips that is the main difference
between our editing styles.
The creative editing
style used for our premiere edited DVD's involves
pre-viewing the digital files selecting and
rearranging the sound and picture clips in an
appropriate way for you, taking into account any
specific requests you have made for material to
be included or excluded, digitally enhancing to
improve the picture and or sound quality. The
pace and style of the program is created using
carefully timed editing cuts, programmed
animated transitions and overlays with additional time
spent working with the background sound and
music. |

Creating your DVD |

You can use our online ordering facility or download and print the order form to send
to us with your video camcorder tapes / discs.
We advise using recorded or special delivery |
|
When we receive your parcel we will copy all
your selected tape material, your chosen music
tracks and photographs, into digital files The original
tapes and other items are then safely stored
ready to be returned to you when your DVD has
been completed. If you have given us your e-mail
address we send you confirmation of the parcels
arrival. |

Prior to editing any files that were recorded
simultaneously by two or more cameras are
synchronised (the sound and picture from each
tape are accurately aligned together). |

After viewing the
contents of the digital files, the editing will
be carried out using our creative editing
skills, taking into account any specific
requests you have made, still picture images are
captured from your video files for use in
creating the disc and case graphics. The special
Hi-light / title sequence is created to your
music taken from the CD you supply or copyright
free music taken from our library. |
| Next the Graphic work for
your DVD disc face and case insert are produced.
DVD authoring and digital encoding is
completed. |
| After the first DVD has been made the disc face
and the case inserts are printed and
posted out to you. |
| Once we receive confirmation the DVD has arrived
safely and all is OK, we a will produce and send out
any additional DVD's ordered and return all the
original items you sent.
