How does it work ?

stage 1 The recorded material is captured from VHS or domestic format camcorder tapes / discs into 1 hour editable digital files. Our special time coded identification DVD disc are then produced from this file. These ID DVD disc are exactly one hour duration with a individual time code actually embedded in the vision and can be seen on the bottom right-hand quarter of every picture.
(A copy of the digital file is normally stored for 30 days although this can be extended if addition time is required) The ID DVD(s) are posted out to you.
When the ID DVD discs have been received they can be viewed on a computer or via a standard DVD player either at home, the office or any suitable meeting place and because the Time Code is actually part of the picture it can just as easily be viewed by individuals, team or group meeting on a large screen. Additional copies can easily be made if they need to be viewed in different locations. We also have a copy so specific queries or concerns can easily be covered by e-mail or phone calls.
60 chapter points are included on each disc i.e. at the start of every minute to allow easy jumping backwards and forwards to locate the exact points for editing.

stage 2 When we have received your time coded editing instructions, we will calculate the cost of your requirements and produce a pro-forma invoice that will be e-mailed to you. If we have any queries or points that need clarifying we will first contact you by e-mail.
Once the payment has been received and if appropriate cleared, the editing and DVD authoring work will be carried out and the first DVD master produced,
A copy or copies are sent to you to check and approve, if changes are required then stage 2 can be repeated as required (addition charges apply)
